Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Connecticut

"Pulled over to make a call and decided why the heck not! I haven’t ever been to a DQ that sold anything other than ice cream! I was thinking it would be meh but they showed me! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Cheese Curds instead of fries, & got a Blue Raspberry Misty Freeze. 1st of all it was the best Chicken Sandwich I’ve ever had! The chicken wasn’t greasy with the perfect amount of crust and had an amazing crunch! The only thing it was missing was a special sauce and pickles! Like why weren’t they in the Chicken Sandwich Challenges?! Maybe I should set it off! Anywho the tots were perf! I didn’t even need the sauce. My niecey said her burger was the bomb as well. I was kind enough to not ask to try to be the judge myself lol! I was not a fan of the Misty but I drank it. Wasn’t gross just wasn’t my thing. I legit should’ve taken a photo of the freezer section! They had bars dipped in cherry dip! My plump tummy was sad we weren’t going straight home but in the voice of Sr Schwarzenegger…I’ll be back!"

"Im obsessed with their ice cream and when I've gone which has been may 2 to 3 times a month I've had great employees help me minus 1 time I asked for extra of my favorite peanut brittle topping and the other people charged me less then 2 bucks and 1 time I went in mind you I needed my ice cream fix and was scraping for cash the guy charged me like 4 bucks n it wasn't nearly as much so I was extremely confused on that. 1 thing I can suggest though is unless I just eont know how to do it but why does the app only give you the option for toppings its just sprinkles I want the peanut brittle lol if there even a way to like type in some type of instructions and be like I dont wsnt sprinkles I want the peanut brittle crunch"

"First time coming, and I was surprised it was like a restaurant. Our Dairy Queen is ice cream only and not sit in at all. It was a very nice surprise. Came in, two sides to order. Ice cream and food. We all went to which side we wanted, but most of us chose ice cream blizzards. It was very busy but you didn't have to wait for long. Lots of workers. Decent amount of tables. Everyone was happy with what they got. Redo place when we are passing by again. Have no idea how I got there. Thank goodness for Google. We were at Buckland Hills Mall, like 10 min away. Everyone was pleasant and efficient."

"Fast service very nice staff. I ordered the banana split. I thought it was hard ice cream. Soft serve I'll know for next time. Ice scre you scream we all scream for ice cream :)"

"I love the biscuits! The ice cream is good and service is fast. Tables are spaced out as well so you can eat in."

"The strawberry milkshakes are the best. Most of the time when I get done with the liquid part of the shake there are chunks of strawberries at the bottom. I haven't had a blizzard since ive been getting the shakes. This dairy queen is the most inexpensive one in the area."

"All hands were on deck at this place yesterday around the evening time. We ordered 2 sets of chicken tenders, 3 blizzards and all within 10 minutes of ordering, we got everything. The tables and floors were cleaned and we sat down and ate. kids enjoyed their dinner meal, parents enjoyed their dessert. It was a quick pit stop and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Parking wasn't that bad and i've been here where It was packed."
